If any of these feel familiar, you're exactly who this practice was built for.
You don't have to have it together to start.
You just have to start.
Evidence-based, culturally responsive care for women of color navigating trauma, perfectionism, maternal health, and the weight of just existing in a world that wasn't built for them.
Tell us a bit about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're looking for. No pressure, no commitment — just a starting point.

Schedule your first session and start making progress — not toward perfection, but toward ease. Baby steps are still movement.
Jennifer Deas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a clear focus: mental health care for Black women and women of color who have been left out of traditional healing spaces.
As a first-generation college student who navigated her own traumatic childhood, Jennifer once mistook her perfectionism for excellence. She thought she could outperform her history. It wasn't until she did her own inner healing that she realized the profound impact trauma had on her life—and that progress is greater than perfection.
"I know what it’s like to carry the load all on your own. I want to create a space where women can receive culturally responsive tools to build strong, healthy lives—because when women heal, we all benefit."
In addition to supporting her clients, Jennifer serves as a clinical supervisor, dedicated to mentoring and training the next generation of social workers to elevate the field.
